PRISM SALON POLICIES
New & Existing Clients-
A credit card is required to be kept on file for all clients in order to schedule any service with any provider at Prism Salon. Your card will not be charged unless you violate the cancellation/no show policy.
Cancellation / No Show-
A credit card on file is required for all clients to book an appointment at Prism Salon. In the event that you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we please ask that you do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Canceling or no showing your scheduled appointment within the 24 hour time period will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.
If you need to cancel your appointment please call 774-582-1971 and speak with one of the Prism Salon team members.
Gratuity-
Gratuity can be left in cash or through the venmo app. We do not accept tips on cards at Prism Salon.
Refunds-
We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you are not satisfied with a service you have received please refer to the service adjustments policy.
Service Adjustments-
If you are dissatisfied with your hair, please contact the salon directly. We can happily make any adjustments within 7 days of your original appointment. Anything after 7 days may be subject to charge.
